What Works

There is no guide book to special needs parenting. There are no rules, or how-to guidelines that come with your child's diagnosis. As parents, we are pretty much left to figure out most of it on our own - from things like feeding tips and tricks, to therapy suggestions, to things like what socks work best in AFOs. We have so many questions, and often, we count on other special needs parents to help us find the answers.

With this blog, I am happy to provide a space where parents can access information, tools, and resources that help them become the greatest advocates they can be for their children.

Here is a growing list of some of the things that we have tried. I call it, a list of What Works!
